We collect information that you provide directly to us when you register for an organization account. This includes your name, email address, and vehicle license plate data. When users interact with your QR tags, we collect temporary telecommunications metadata (such as timestamps and call durations) to facilitate the connection.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the ReachTag platform.
• Facilitate anonymous communications between drivers and vehicle owners.
• Protect against malicious activity, spam, and platform abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

3. Data Masking and PII

ReachTag is built on privacy. We employ aggressive data masking for Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Because callers initiate connections directly through their web browser, we never ask for or collect caller phone numbers. For vehicle owners, license plates and internal contact numbers are masked in all user-facing dashboards and can only be revealed by a verified organization admin with an explicit, audited reason.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers (such as Twilio for telephony routing and Upstash for rate-limiting) solely for the purpose of providing our service. These providers are bound by strict data processing agreements.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. If your organization is deactivated, your underlying data will be scrubbed in accordance with our Data Retention policy. You may request a full export of your data by contacting ReachTag support.
