1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ReachTag platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReachTag provides a privacy-first platform allowing individuals to contact vehicle owners anonymously via QR codes. We provide organizations with tags, dashboards, and telecommunications routing to facilitate these connections without revealing the vehicle owner's personal phone number.

3. Acceptable Use and Abuse

You agree not to misuse the ReachTag services. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting to bypass our rate-limiting or security controls.
• Using the service to harass, stalk, or spam vehicle owners.
• Automating requests to our scanning or telephony endpoints.
• Reverse-engineering the platform or attempting to extract unmasked PII.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate suspension of your organization and potential legal action.

4. Accounts and Security

Organizations are responsible for safeguarding the passwords that grant access to their admin dashboards. You are responsible for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ReachTag, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
